Episode 86

TODAY’S READING:

Above all, love each other deeply because love covers a multitude of sins.

1 Peter 4:8

Happy Monday!

Love is always the answer.

Today is a new day, it’s a new work week, and we have new challenges to face. Every day, we have the choice to extend grace to those around us and choose to love them as Jesus did.

Let me encourage you this week. If you have any grudges, let them go. If you have any resentment to any one person, let them go.

People do stupid things; we do stupid things every day. But there is no reason to hold onto poison. The only one re-living the situation and getting hurt is you.

So look to each other for guidance. Ask God what it is you can learn from the people around you. Ask God what you can learn from the season you are in. Ask Him for strength at work; ask Him for patience when yours starts to run thin. And above all else, love on people, deeply.

Listen to their stories.

Lend a helping hand.

Go out of your way to get to know someone on a deeper level.

PRAYER

Jesus, thank you for a new week and thank you for the people you have brought into our lives. We pray for strength when we don’t have any; we pray for patience when ours run thin. We pray we can look at others and listen to them. We pray we can love them the way you do. The world would be a much better place, and because of that, that’s where we want our hearts to be. It is in your mighty name that we pray, Amen!
