Episode 88

TODAY’S READING:

For the LORD gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding.

Proverbs 2:6

It’s Wednesday! Another beautiful morning here in Miami.

Yesterday I was able to spend the day reorganizing my room. I am nowhere near done, but I am hoping I can knock it out today. I embarked on this journey so that I can fit a desk and essentially create a mini-podcast studio for My Morning Devotional.

I am excited for the future on this podcast! From the bottom of my heart, thank you for praying along with me!

Today I was looking for bible verses on Wisdom, and I stumbled across this one. From His mouth come knowledge and understanding.

I know I have listeners from around the world, and we all speak different languages, but wisdom is a universal language. Wisdom is something I have been heavily praying for these days. I have been asking God day in and day out to direct me and speak to me, to show me exactly what He wants me to see.

We sometimes forget there is no one wiser than God. Stop looking to society for answers that can be found deep within yourself. The Holy Spirit resides in you. Look to Him for the answers you are seeking.

PRAYER

Jesus, we thank you for the wisdom you share with us. We thank you that we can look at our circumstances, and we can decide to look to your word and look for your voice. Jesus, we want the Holy Spirit to speak to us. We are praying that He makes his presence known to us today. Jesus, we need guidance. We are all praying and hoping for different things, and you have the answers to all of those. The bible says from your mouth comes knowledge, and we are looking for that today. It is in your Holy Name that we pray, Amen!
