Episode 293

12 Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him.

James 1:12

Happy Wednesday! Here we are day three of this week and I am just about ready for another vacation. My heart has been heavy this week and I thank you for those that have reached out to me for prayer it means a lot to have a community of people who pray over me, as I hope you all know I pray over you. I don’t know your specific situations but I do ask God to bless everyone under the sign of my voice.

Today I wanted us to talk about perseverance. This verse says blessed is the one who preservers under trial. Trials are tests that produce promises from God.

When we go through things, we are really growing through things. As we grow, adapt, and stand the test, we grow deeper in our revelations. God will only show us more as we are ready to learn more, and sometimes the only way we can learn is through experience.

Do not take your trails as Him forgetting you, leaving you, forsaking you. Take your trails as the blessings they are. They will mold you, change you, and make you a better person.

I know it’s hard. Easier said than done. But one day you’ll look back on this season and be thankful for the crown of life you earned.

Jesus we ask that you protect us in our trials. We ask that you strengthen us as we face entirely different battles. We know that you know exactly what we are facing and what we need. We thank you and we love you. It is with everything in us that we continue to pray, AMEN!
