TODAY’S READING:

Now, therefore, stand still and see this great thing that the Lord will do before your eyes.

1 Samuel 12:16

But essentially, today, my Devotional is all about how we are walking, talking, living, breathing testimonies. We are living proof that God is on the move.

 

Think about how far you’ve come. Think about where you were a year ago. Think about life three years ago. How about ten years ago. Every year we grow, and every year we are living proof that God works in us and through us every day.

 

My Pastor yesterday mentioned the power of our words. Imagine if every morning after we finished praying together, we all said something good was going to happen today.

 

This verse is going to be our verse this year. Stand still and see this great thing that the Lord will do before your eyes.

 

Do you believe it? I do. I know this is the year where great things will happen. I believe that for myself, and I believe that for you. This is the year of healing; this is the year of prosperity; this is the year we get to experience the full Joy of the Lord.

 

PRAYER

Lord, we are excited for this year. We know that great things are happening. We know that this year is the year we experience your joy. So we are going to stand still and watch as great things happen before our eyes. We declare that together this morning. We know you are working all things for our good, and we thank you for fighting on our behalf. Lord, we know this because we are living proof that you have done it before, and we know you are going to do it again. We thank you for how far we’ve come. We love you so much and pray this all in your mighty name, AMEN!
