TODAY’S READING

23 The grace of the Lord Jesus be with you.

24 My love to all of you in Christ Jesus. Amen.

1 Corinthians 16:23-24

When we start to praise our Lord for absolutely everything in life, we can praise him for the good and the bad because we know that he’s making a way things change, perspective changes. And when we start to surrender the little moments, and I’m repeating these things, we can continue to engrave them into our beings. So we’ve started to surrender absolutely everything. Things change when we give him the power when we know Hey, gotta fix for us, you would make a way we know that and when we understand that he is working for us when we understand that when we give him all of the little things, we are releasing the stress, we’re releasing the anxiety, we’re releasing the need for control, and he’s going to work absolutely everything on our behalf. And then, when we take on the attitude of love, we take on the posture of love, and we start to extend the love of God to those around us and ourselves. We become better people. We start to see others for how God sees them. We begin to look past people’s flaws, and we look at their greatness. God made absolutely everything and everybody around us; when we look at that person, we try to see that person through the lens of God. We will have a much better experience in life overall. 

When you look at your enemies are the people that drive you maybe crazy at work out, school, wherever it may be, and you try to put yourself in the position God show me what you love about this person, then you will start to not love different traits about people around you, and then life becomes sweeter. So PSL praise, surrender, and love all of that. We get to do all of that because of the grace of God. And so if there is absolutely anything in this world that we can hold on to today, it’s that we have grace, and we can extend grace, and it is because of grace that we praise; it is because of grace that we can surrender and it is because of grace that we can love. And so this PSL season, let us always remember to praise Him, to surrender the little things, and to love on those around us so that we can fully experience the grace of God. It is all because of grace.

Prayer:

Father God, we thank you, Lord, we thank you for this beautiful Friday. God, we ask that you plus this weekend, and we ask that you continue to bless our lives. Lord, give us your eyes. Show us the love that you have for those around us. God gives us the strength to surrender the little moments in life. And Lord, remind us of everything you do for us so that we can be grateful people can be a grateful community. Lord, we thank you. We love you; we surrendered. We thank you for your grace because we know it is because of the grace that Jesus extended to us that we get to do all these things. We ask that you continue to bless our families and us. We ask that you heal broken bodies, that you touch distant souls, and that you make a way when people see no way. We ask that you mend the minds of those that worry, we ask that you touch the hearts of those who cry, Lord, we ask that you be the father that you are, that we see you for the father that you are, we absolutely love you and adore you. We pray this all in your son’s Mighty Name, Amen.
