We're the Alessies, a ministry family working together in our church in Miami, Florida. And if you're like us, when days get busy and to do lists get longer, it can be hard to find devotional time. That's why we've partnered with our friend Allison to produce a five minute daily dose of heaven. This is the My Morning Devotional podcast. Good morning everyone and happy Friday. We made it to the weekend. Finish strong today. It's going to be a beautiful weekend ahead of you. And this weekend, enjoy your city, enjoy your friends, enjoy your family, enjoy everyone around you. Have a wonderful weekend. And I pray that this week of podcasts has blessed you guys. I hope that I've blessed you all and it is my joy and my honor to come and share these devotionals with you all. And we wanted people to know about the life they have because of Jesus. We wanted you to know that you have life in you because of Jesus. We usually write these songs for our church, but this song, it feels different. And we wrote it for people outside of our church. The bridge says, I have a testimony. Let this be your testimony. I was lost but now I'm found. Amazing grace, how sweet the sound I have a testimony Let this be your testimony. I was blind but now I see. The cross became my victory.

And I wanted to encourage you all today to remember your testimony. Don't be afraid to share of the life that God has given you. That's your testimony.

And the Bible says that we overcome that by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony. So let this be your encouragement this weekend. Share your testimony. It could change somebody's life like that. Your story and Your example and the life that you live can completely change someone's life. Invite them to church with you this weekend.

They need to know that Jesus can live in them, that Jesus can change their situation, that Jesus can answer their prayers, that Jesus is alive in them. But it starts with you. It starts with you knowing that Jesus is alive in you and that the thief, he comes to only steal your joy, to kill and destroy your purpose. But Jesus came so that you may have life and you may have it to the full. So I pray that you listen to this song and it gives you that power that you need. It gives you that encouragement that you need. It's called Alive in Me by metrolife Worship. I pray it blesses you, share it with your friends and pray for me. Pray for our music. Pray that we put out more music out there and that we could share with you all, all God is doing in our church and in our worship team. But I pray that it blesses you and that it reminds you of the life you have in Jesus. Let's pray. God, I pray for every single person listening to this podcast that God, you will embolden them today, that you will empower them today, that they will go into this weekend with a whole new perspective and a whole new purpose. They have these friends for a reason. They have this family that they have for a reason.
