Welcome back to the My Morning Devotional podcast. I'm thrilled to announce the official launch of our merchandise, exclusively for our amazing listeners. Before I share it on social media, I wanted to give you all the first opportunity to check it out. You'll find new sweatshirts, hats, and more.
In today's episode, we continue the story in Acts, focusing on Peter's healing of a man who couldn't walk since birth. We pick up in Acts 4:1, where the priests and temple officials get annoyed with Peter and John for preaching about Jesus' resurrection. They arrest them and keep them in custody overnight. The following day, they face questioning and boldly proclaim that the healing was done in the name of Jesus Christ. Their unwavering faith leaves the officials astonished. They can't deny the miracle before them.
I've titled today's devotional "Live in a Way Where No One or Nothing Can Be Said." Peter and John's response exemplifies their commitment to God's will, even in the face of opposition. It's a reminder for us to prioritize our relationship with God over societal pressures. While we should always approach others with love, we must stay true to our faith and values. Let's seek guidance from God's word and align our actions accordingly. May we find strength and wisdom to navigate each day, staying true to God's calling. Let's pray for courage, discernment, and a steadfast commitment to His will.
